This fic along with all my others are only for entertainment, I'm just
writing this boring stuff to save my own @ss, cause you all know by now
that I have no money so don't sue me! This story happens right after my other fic "Till Then" so I suggest that you read it before reading this one or you might be lost. The so-called death of Prowl has occurred and this story starts off about 1 week after his death. The rain made patterns on the glass of the window as the sky continued to pour the tiny droplets of water to the Earth. Metroplex was coated in a light layer of rainwater as the shower continued, the view of it blurred by the rain on the window of the quarters belonging to Blaze. The black and white femme sat on the edge of her recharge berth staring out the blurred window at Metroplex, folding her arms around herself. Letting a shuddered sigh move past her lips, the femme bit back her tears. She shifted her body to look at the recharge berth, the sight of the spot where he once slept, where he held her, where he told her he loved her, made her shut her optics off and absorb the pain even more. It had been one week since he was out of her life, leaving her one torn apart femme. She moved her hand over the place he once was, up and down trying despretly to feel for the masculine frame that wasn't there. She kept moving her hand until she tightened it into a fist, clawing at the sheets. All of her sorrows overwhelmed her and Blaze felt the tears built up behind her optics be released as she cried her broken heart out. The femme fell on to the bed letting her head be buried into her pillow. She tucked her limbs close to her body, so she was into a little ball, crying her small sobs. Tears dampening the pillow, Blaze cried out Prowl's name to the still air. Ever since the loss of Prowl, Optimus had given Blaze time off, she was too devastated to even function right. There was nothing no one could have done for her, she had lost her true love, the one she cared more than anything else for and now she was a helpless shattered femme. A lot of her friends had tried to comfort her but the pain in her heart only ate at her sorrow even more. Her sister Blade and Phoenix had been the two to help her the most, she was able to talk to them about it and they would comfort her the best they could. Blade had stayed with her the first few days and Phoenix had came everyday to see her. She loved all of her friends dearly for all their concern, but she knew that this would take time to heal this enormous wound life had delt out to her. She soon fell into recharge, exhausted from her sorrow. When the light had poured into her hazed optics, Blaze lifted herself up and started for the lounge, hearing the door chime. On the other side of the door was Blade, she rubbed her optics and let her sister enter her quarters. "Are you okay?" Blade looked at her little sister with concern in her blue optics, a small frown on her face. Blaze lowered her head to the floor and sighed alittle. "I'm doing better, but it still is hard to except that he's gone." Blade walked over the plush couch and sat her thin frame down. Blaze lowered herself to the arm rest of a chair and folded her arms over her waist. "I came to see if you'd like to come with me over to Nix's place. I'm going to meet her and Rodania there and we're all going to goto one of Earth's drive-in movie theatres." Blade moved her head to one side and blinked her optics. Blaze thought of the idea to go out with her friends, it was something she knew would help her to relax and get her mind off of the loss of Prowl. He wouldn't have wanted her to be like this, but it was too hard to avoid her sorrow. "That sounds like fun, count me in." For a moment her somber face cheered up to it's old self then it died down to meet a low sad look. "We don't have to go until later, so could we just watch some TV till then?" Blaze looked at her sister and she stood up, walked over to sit herself down beside Blade. "That's fine with me." She smirked alittle at Blade and reached for the remote under a pile of paper work. They watched the vid screen for a little while and Blaze calmed herself with good aspirations for her upcoming outting. As she watched the screen a sharp pain edged itself on her abdomen, she felt a bit sick and soon the feeling left her. Blaze had gasped at the pain and clutched her lower abdomen. "What's wrong?" Blade had seen this and immediately moved herself to see what was wrong. "It's gone now, probably just alittle glitch, nothing to worry about. I'm fine now." Blade didn't think that was so, for normally a young femme would be fine, but she let the thought pass her by and excused it, but she kept it in mind. The two sisters had gone to Phoenix's to meet up with her and Rodania. "Hi Blaze! How are you doing?" Phoenix had opened the door to greet them, as soon as she saw her friend she had hoped that she was okay. "I'm doing better Nix, thanks for your concern." She gave Nix a small smile and her optics dimmed a little. Rodania was in the back round and she ran up to the door to see her friends. "Hey Blaze, hope you're feeling up to a totally halarious flick!" She gave her friend a small hug and they all left to leave Metroplex. Outside they all transformed and they all rolled out toward the drive-in. "Race ya Blaze!" Rodania challenged Blaze. Blaze increased her police car engine and zoomed forward into full speed with Rodania in her roadster form speeding next to her. Blaze was feeling really good, she let her sirens sound for awhile. Then the four soon came to stop at the drive-in, Rodania had won, but Blaze didn't mind. They all went in and transformed so they all sat up on a hill over looking the screen. The film started and the quartet of femmes enjoyed watching the comedy. During the intermission Blaze moved her head back to glaze at the starry night sky, her attention was drawn to the moon though, she kept her glaze on it. She was remembering what Prowl had told her the night she first was his bonded mate. He asked her whenever she saw the moon to think of him, for he would always do the same. The moon would aways shine their love. She smiled softly to herself and let one tear fall from her optic, down her face. Just as the movie restarted, the sharp pain returned to Blaze's abdomen and she gasped and moved her torso forward, holding herself in her arms. She felt so weak and soon everything around her went black. The other femmes jumped up in alert to see Blaze just pass out, Phoenix scanned her and found out she was so low on energon that she passed out. Blade transformed and she carried Blaze into the air headed back to Metroplex, the other two femmes transforming and following close behind left the theatre in a hurry. At the Medbay Blade came in carrying her sister and placed her on a med table. She cried out for Rachet and he ran over in a hurry to the unconcious femme and her worried sister. "What happened?" Rachet took out his systems scanner and started to scan Blaze. "We were all watching a movie then al of a sudden Blaze gasped and passed out. She looked like she had some pain in her abdomen." Rachet continued to observe Blaze and he had a small glow in his optics, and a small smile crossed his face. "This isn't anything to worry about, she's just exhausted from the beginning of this." Blade looked confusely at Rachet. "You must not not know then, Blaze is carrying a spark, she's pregnant." Blade let her optics open wide, she knew that Blaze would be over joyed, she was carrying a piece of Prowl in her. "Does Blaze know?" "I don't think so, she would have told us." Blade looked down at her sister. When she came to, Blaze groaned and stretched her upper torso, lifting herself up from the med table. Blade had been by her side, and she gave her sister a small smile. "Good to see you up. You need to talk to Rachet." Rachet came over and told Blaze she was carrying a spark, Blaze gasped and she stared blankly, and then she smiled from audio to audio. A tear fell down her face and she closed her optics. "Thank you Primus." She felt overjoyed at having Prowl's essence live within her. They had left the medbay and were going back to Phoenix's place to tell everyone the good news. Phoenix hugged Blaze fiercely and she congratulated the mother to be. She knew what she soon would be going through., smiling at the thought of her daughter Zephyr. All the femmes wanted to know how far along she was in her pregnancy. The fact was she wasn't very far, she had interfaced with Prowl last on the night before his so-called death, which was about a week ago. He would have had a daughter or son to be the father of. Blaze had left her friends later on that night to go home. She was still exhausted and she needed to get some recharge. After crawling into her recharge berth, Blaze placed a hand on to her stomach and smiled but she also felt sorrow. She wished that someday Prowl would be able to see his child. She fell into recharge and in her dreams she felt his strong arms around her, but she knew that he was only in her mind, and she let herself cry as the night went on. Feeling Prowl's love surround her and the spark. |
