Welcome to this special area which I've constructed solely for the joy that researching Fanfiction gave me. Recently I was given a decision. A decision to be made about enlightening others on a topic seldomly recognized. In all of my thoughts I couldn't imagine a better topic than that of the world of Fanfiction. As an author I figured it would be a prime opportunity to at least bring some awareness to this topic I love dearly and maybe get some more people involved in this growing subculture. I had to present this whole information to my English class and mind you I would probably made the subject of ridicule, but I took this all in strive and gave myself the strength to voice the topic which is so wide spread but hardly known anything about behind the scenes. How many of us fans work so hard to furbish works which we are proud to represent our passion for what we have become fans of in the first place?? Not many of us realize how much time and sweat is put into all that we do, wether it be artwork to my subject of fanfic production itself. As an author and artist I can understand and relate to everyone else out there who has ever sat down at their PC and started to type something they did not really know was going or take a pencil in hand and create an image of what our love for TF has given us. As those images and works come into place and we post them on the net does any of the audiences who actually view them, think of where they came from or the mechanics of what it took to make the end result. The creative process takes a lot and most people don't know how a fanfic author may get started or get where they are today. Thus I went and did a lot of observations to ensure at least some recognition was given to all of us authors who do work hard to become known in each of our own rights.
